HumanCapital Development Framework

Stakeholders Of the framework

Students : deserving students who were unable to secure a position for themselves in a state university, and not having a conducive economic background to self finance their studies via private higher education.

Universities : reputed higher education institutions and universities that have entered into an agreement with the LEAP Foundation to offer placement for students at concessionary rates and flexible payment plans and study schedules.

Donors : individual or corporate donors who are willing to fund students for their higher education by making a monthly contribution for the entire period of study.

Employers : Companies partnering with the LEAP Foundation can employ students full-time while they study part-time or hire them after graduation. These employers may also act as donors, addressing recruitment and retention challenges through this collaboration.

The Leap Scholarship is a groundbreaking initiative that provides financial support to talented, underprivileged students pursuing undergraduate studies. This program is uniquely designed as an interest-free loan, ensuring accessibility while promoting accountability.

  • Flexible Repayment Plans: Repayments are made over five years in monthly installments.
